If you are interested in future food, beverage, retail or specialty service concession opportunities, please complete the vendor registration form found on RDU’s Small Business Contract Compliance System. This form is used for all interested vendors, regardless of size.

Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities

The Authority has adopted Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities to ensure the provision of adequate aeronautical activities at RDU as well as the economic health and orderly development of the Airport.

Any operator of a Commercial Aeronautical Activity, as defined in the Minimum Standards (including FBOs, aviation maintenance providers, flight schools, etc.) must conduct its business and activities in accordance with these standards, including obtaining an Agreement from the Authority in advance of providing such activities. Operators should review the Minimum Standards, provided below, and complete and submit the provided Application.
