We’re pleased to share that Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Board Chair Tammie Hall-Roberts has earned the Triangle Business Journal’s 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award as part of its Community Champion Awards program!
Hall-Roberts, who began serving on the Authority board in 2021, is the first-ever female to serve as RDU’s board chair. She currently serves as assistant county manager for Durham County. Hall-Roberts previously led the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses in the N.C. Department of Administration, and served as a U.S. Congressional staffer and policy advisor. She was honored with the Order of the Long Leaf Pine as she exited state government, one of the highest accolades awarded by a North Carolina governor for outstanding public service.
The TBJ awards program recognizes those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to strengthening the communities they serve.
Congratulations to Tammie Hall-Roberts and all of the TBJ Community Champion award winners!
