Public Records Request

The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority is committed to complying with the requirements of North Carolina’s public records laws (North Carolina General Statutes, Chapter 132). Please include as much detail as possible to help assure the completeness and accuracy of the response. The Airport Authority may ask for further clarification. Response times may be affected by various factors including the complexity of the request, the amount of resources required to fulfill the request, number of requests already in process, and time required to review requested materials to comply with all applicable laws. There may be a charge associated with compiling the response. If there is a charge, the Airport Authority will provide notification of the charge prior to fulfilling the request.

Requests can be made by various methods, including by:
