Notice of Committee Work Session and Regular Meeting of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Board of Directors
The following Authority Board committees will meet sequentially, each beginning at the conclusion of the prior committee’s work session, starting at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in Conference Room 100 of the RDU Center (located at 1000 Trade Drive at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport), to discuss the items listed on the committee work session agenda as well as any other matters that might be deemed appropriate for discussion at that time: I) Finance; II) Construction; and III) Operations. The Finance committee will begin with a discussion of the annual operating and capital budgets for FY2026-27 followed by a public hearing on the budget. The Authority Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in Conference Room 100 of the RDU Center (located at 1000 Trade Drive at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport). Committee Work Session – on the second Thursday every month and Regular Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Board Meeting – on the third Thursday of every month
On the second Thursday of every month, the committees of the Authority Board will hold work sessions sequentially, each beginning at the conclusion of the prior committee’s work session. On the third Thursday of every month, the Authority Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting. These meetings will consider matters regarding the Authority and such other matters that might be deemed appropriate for discussion at that time. Meetings are held in Conference Room 100 of the RDU Center located at 1000 Trade Drive at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Information regarding the start time and agenda for both meetings will be noted above, the week of the meeting.
Public Comment at Board Meetings
The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Board of Directors allows members of the public an opportunity to offer verbal comments in accordance with applicable ordinances, laws, and the Authority’s Public Comments Rules. Persons who wish to address the Board of Directors during the Public Comment period must register on the sign-up sheet located in the designated location inside or in front of the Board’s meeting room prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker who has properly registered to speak will have two (2) minutes to make their verbal remarks. Click here for a complete list of RDU’s public comment rules.
