Baggage Carts
Baggage carts are located in all baggage claim areas, along terminal curbs and in parking areas. Cart rental is $3.00 and machines accept coins, bills, credit cards and debit cards. When you return the cart to any baggage cart location, you will receive a 25-cent refund.
Wi-Fi
AT&T and the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority offer high-speed wireless Internet service at RDU. Wi-Fi service is available throughout the airport and allows travelers in all areas of the airport to have un-tethered, high-speed wireless access to the Internet using laptop computers and other wireless devices. Lost and Found
Items lost at RDU should be taken to and retrieved from the RDU Law Enforcement (LE) Department. Please call (919) 840-7550 to make arrangements. Law Enforcement offices are located in the Airport Operations Center (AOC). The offices are open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Currency Exchange
Travelex Worldwide Money offices are located in Terminal 2 on the ticketing level and baggage claim levels. Business centers also offer travel insurance and wire service. Call (919) 840-3366 for more information.

Smoking
RDU is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas, which includes all restaurants and bars.
Smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of airport terminal doorways and within 50 feet of all other Authority-owned buildings. The ban also applies to airport parking structures, observation areas and bus shelters. Designated, outdoor smoking areas are clearly marked.
