Wi-Fi
AT&T and the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority offer high-speed wireless Internet service at RDU. Wi-Fi service is available throughout the airport and allows travelers in all areas of the airport to have un-tethered, high-speed wireless access to the Internet using laptop computers and other wireless devices. Check in Kiosks
Airlines in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 offer multiple self-service check in kiosks. In Terminal 2, a set of universal kiosks support check in with multiple airlines, in addition to airline-specific kiosks.
Internet Access
Internet kiosks are located in Terminal 1 on the concourse at Gates 10, 22, and 25 and also in the non-ticketed areas at Baggage Claim 2 and near the information desk in Terminal 1 extension. A pay e-mail station is located at Gate C-24 in Terminal 2.
Charging Stations
In Terminal 2, twenty percent of the gate area seats are equipped with electric and USB port charging outlets. In Terminal 1, passengers may access traditional wall outlets in hold rooms to recharge their electronic devices.
Airline Clubs
Club members will find an American Airlines Admiral’s Club on the third floor of Terminal 2 accessed by an elevator across from Gate C-3. The Delta Air Lines Sky Club is on schedule to open in December in the same area. A US Airways lounge is located near Gates A-19 and A-20 in Terminal 1.
Shoe Shine
Services are located in Terminal 1 on the concourse level across from Gates A15, A18 and A22, and in Terminal 2 on the concourse level near Gate C1. |
