Terminal 2: Shopping and Dining
Terminal 2 has set new standards in dining and retail opportunities for RDU travelers, while continuing RDU’s commitment to street pricing. Travelers can experience variety, a taste of North Carolina and prices they would pay outside the airport.
When passengers enter the Terminal 2 concourse, they will find a variety of sit-down and casual restaurants, news and gift shops and specialty retail. The terminal also offers visitors to the area a taste and feel of the Research Triangle Region.
Regional favorites featured in Terminal 2 include 42nd St. Oyster Bar, Carolina Ale House and Brookwood Farms BBQ, Taste! A Southern Season, änders Natural Soap Co. and 2nd Edition Book Sellers.
Dining and retail options are also featured in the pre-security areas. Panopolis, a gourmet sandwich and coffee shop and Drugs & More, a news and gifts retail outlet, opened in Phase One. Starbucks Coffee will open in Phase Two.
