In early stages of demolition, interior building materials were removed and then piled for sorting and recycling.
Interior of north concourse in preparation for demolition. Materials that can be recycled were sorted and removed to recycling facilities. More than 60% of building matter was recycled.

Over 150,000 sq. ft. of existing concourse and 30,000 sq. ft. of existing ticketing and baggage claim areas were removed in the demolition phase of this project.
Cranes removed structural steel and placed it alongside other materials for recycling.

Structural materials from the second floor of the former ticketing area were removed.
The north concourse was demolished to make way for early foundations.
