What is ExitExpress?
ExitExpress is an automated payment program that accelerates the payment of parking fees and lessens the time it takes to exit the parking garage.

What's new with ExitExpress?
As of October 2, 2006, General Aviation (GA) area parking lots become part of the public parking facilities at RDU and feature ExitExpress. Click here to learn more.

Can I use ExitExpress for all airport parking?
ExitExpress is available for terminal area and general aviation parking only. All park and ride lots have cashiers located at the exit plazas to receive payment.

What languages are available at the ExitExpress pay stations?
Step-by-step instructions are available in English and Spanish.

Where are ExitExpress pay stations located?
ExitExpress pay stations are conveniently located near pedestrian walkways connecting the terminals and parking garages, and adjacent to the general aviation parking lots. Customers pay for parking using ExitExpress before returning to their cars.

What method of payment can I use at the ExitExpress pay stations?
The ExitExpress pay stations accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and cash. The cash denominations accepted are $1, $5, $10 and $20. Coins are not accepted.

Do I have to use ExitExpress?
ExitExpress is the most convenient and efficient way for customers to pay for parking. A cashier is available at the exit plaza to assist customers with special circumstances, such as lost or damaged parking tickets. No cashier is present at the general aviation lots. What if I have a question while using ExitExpress?
Instructions on how to pay with ExitExpress are located on each machine. In addition, all ExitExpress machines feature an assistance button for customers who may have a question during their transaction.

Do I have to keep my parking ticket with me?
To use the ExitExpress pay stations, you must have your parking ticket. Customers are reminded to keep their ticket with them so they can pay with ExitExpress before returning to their car.
