The RDU Airport Authority Office of Marketing Communications (Marketing office) is responsible for communicating airport news and information to the media and the traveling public. This guide outlines RDU’s media policies and provides information to assist media with obtaining information from RDU communications staff, airlines, federal agencies and RDU tenants.

Marketing assists the media by providing information on airport operations, changes in service, airport construction, severe weather and other topics directly related to the airport and passengers.
