RDU and TSA Kick Off Holiday Travel Season
What:
The Transportation Security Administration and the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority will kick off the holiday season with a news conference to offer tips to holiday travelers.
The TSA and RDU will discuss the recent changes to rules for carrying liquids and gels through security checkpoints, as well as tips for parking, families and airline check-in.
Approximately 300,000 passengers are expected through Raleigh-Durham International Airport this Thanksgiving holiday travel period, which kicks off Monday, November 20 and lasts until Monday, November 27.
