WHY: Through a series of meetings and negotiations with taxicab owners, operators and drivers, the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority agreed to a new rate schedule to make sure taxicab service levels met or exceeded customer demand. The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority operates one of the strictest taxicab licensing, training, testing and inspection programs of any municipality in the state. |
