Simply wave your RDU PASSPORT at the card reader at the garage entrance gates. To exit, use the designated RDU PASSPORT lane equipped with RDU PASSPORT card readers. After each parking stay, your credit card will be charged the standard parking rate. A receipt will be e-mailed to you within two business days.
To register for the trial program, visit www.rdupassport.com no later than September 30. A $10 registration fee will be waived for trial participants. After registering, you will receive a card by mail that must be activated by calling the RDU PASSPORT Business Office at (919) 840-7595 between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can then use RDU PASSPORT within 24 hours of activation.
At any time while using your RDU PASSPORT you may contact us regarding your experience at rdupassport@rdu.com or by phone at (919) 840-7595. A short survey to trial participants will be sent in October. If you wish to remain in the program after October, simply continue using your activated card.
