Your Opinion Counts

Spring is a time for new growth. You will certainly see a lot of that at the airport. As the new terminal begins to take shape, it is possible to envision it filled with travelers as the facility opens beginning in mid-2008. The second phase will complete the development in 2010.

As we think of the future, we know there would be no new terminal without the support of our traveling public. We are building this larger, more user-friendly terminal to provide you with a better travel experience based on your comments, concerns and common travel patterns.

In fact, we work hard throughout the year to solicit your opinions. Feedback helps us better understand your expectations, perceptions and experiences. Listening to your concerns, as well as compliments, allows us to better fulfill our mission.

The more input we receive the more effectively we can target our services and improvements. We have received 148 customer inquiries in the first three months of 2007, compared to 400 customer comments in all of 2006. This spring we will be actively surveying incoming and outbound passengers about their RDU travel experience.
