In an effort to gather current information on the RDU travel experience, the Airport Authority is conducting a web-based customer satisfaction survey. The goal is to benchmark customer service in several areas such as airline check-in, security screening, ExitExpress, food and beverage services and ground transportation.

Delta Service Expansion Continues
|
In the last RDU Update, we announced that starting June 8, Delta will begin providing non-stop service to Los Angeles. The news about new service doesn't stop there, however – Delta is adding an eleventh flight to Atlanta also starting on June 8, and will be upgrading two of its flights to Atlanta from regional jets to larger MD88s. Thanks, Delta!
